One year health guarantee for all puppies including:

• Heart defects (scale 4 or above)

• Organ dysfunction

• Genetic defect

• Life-threatening defect

In case of your puppy develops any untreatable life-threatening defect or death occurs by heart, organ, genetic defect, please send initial vet exams stating the cause of death and a picture of the puppy deceased. When making a claim, we require you to send us a copy of all of your initial vet exams and your permission to speak with your vet. Please note that canine distemper and canine coronavirus symptoms must be reported to us by your vet in the first 15 days of receiving your puppy (incubation period) to be eligible for the health guarantee .

We do not cover any treatable disorders or common disorders such as luxating patella, alopecia x, hernias, open fontanel, parasites, Giardia, retained baby teeth or hypoglycaemia.

Please feed your puppy properly to prevent hypoglycemia/low blood sugar.

We properly treat all puppies with parasites however, parasites are not covered in our guarantee as they are common in all puppies and easily treatable.

We will gladly replace your puppy under reasonable circumstances however, we are not responsible for any vet bills or the shipping cost of a replacement puppy.

It is mandatory to get pet insurance.

OUR VET

We have established partnerships with veterinarians who collaborate with our breeders to ensure that all our puppies are in excellent health condition. Our veterinarians consistently strive to maintain the puppies in optimal shape and condition until the travel date. Each puppy is vaccinated and dewormed before travel.

Our veterinarians conduct close examinations for the following:

* Possible signs of genetic defects.

* Virus-caused illnesses such as Parvovirus, Coronavirus, and Canine Distemper virus. Our vets will perform tests for these viruses.

* Other potential illnesses/defects.

* Each puppy will be thoroughly examined by our vets.

If our vet identifies any issue with a puppy before travel, we will contact you and refund all charges. The booked flight will also be canceled.

Thanks to our skilled medical team, our puppies seldom have any issues. This is because our puppies do not come from a filthy environment, such as a puppy mill or inbreeding. We do not support puppy mills. Each puppy is gently handled by our nannies, well taken care of, and loved until they meet their new pet-parent.
